Bellbrook Public School is dedicated to providing quality education, developing independence and a sense of responsibility in a safe, caring and supportive school environment. Above all we hold high expectations for our students "which means believing that all students are capable of learning; it means refusing to accept limits on students' potential on the basis of 'background' factors such as income level or race; it means believing that schools and teachers can make a difference to the educational achievements of all students; and it means acting in ways that help students to believe in themselves."
Our school is located 50 kms west of Kempsey on the Armidale Road. We are a small rural school with a history going back to 1883.
We have two composite classes, Kindergarden to Year 2 and Years 3 to 6. Our teaching staff consists of one full time teaching principal, a full time classroom teacher and a part-time teacher.
School support staff include a part-time general assistant, a part-time administrative manager and casual school learning support officers.
Our facilities include:
- air-conditioned classrooms
- a large well resourced library
- computers in all classrooms
- a large outdoor undercover area with basketball court
- a large shaded play equipment area
- grassed and shady areas for children to play.
